Refund Eligibility Criteria
Easy Site Coders handles each project with dedication and professionalism. While we aim to deliver results that align with your project agreement, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below are the refund eligibility guidelines for different service categories:
Website Development Services
Full Refund:
- When the project has not commenced
- When initial design concepts have not been presented or approved
- Full refunds are processed within 60 business days from the cancellation date
Partial Refund:
- When we fail to meet agreed-upon delivery timelines after design approval
- Refund amount is calculated proportionally based on work completed versus work remaining
No Refund:
- After the project has been completed and deployed to the live server
- When all deliverables specified in the agreement have been provided
Design Services (Logo, Branding, Graphics)
Full Refund:
- If work has not begun on the project
- If preliminary design concepts have not been submitted for review
Partial Refund:
- If delivery commitments are not met after initial concepts have been approved
- Amount determined based on the percentage of work completed
No Refund:
- Once final designs have been delivered and approved
- After files have been transferred to the client
Custom Programming and Development
Full Refund:
- When no development work has been initiated
Partial Refund:
- Determined on a case-by-case basis if we fail to meet delivery commitments
- Calculated based on completed milestones versus remaining work scope
- Each project agreement will specify refund terms clearly
No Refund:
- After all agreed-upon functionality has been delivered and tested
- When the project has been deployed to production
Custom Programming and Development
Full Refund:
- When no development work has been initiated
Partial Refund:

Full Refund:
- Before the project kickoff meeting has occurred
- When no design or development work has commenced
Partial Refund:
- Based on completed phases (design, development, testing) versus remaining phases
- Assessed according to milestone completion percentages outlined in the contract
No Refund:
- Based on completed phases (design, development, testing) versus remaining phases

Dedicated Resource Hiring
Full Refund:
- If the assigned resource has not begun working on your project
Partial Refund:
- Based on actual hours worked versus total contracted hours
- Calculated according to documented work completion
No Refund:
- For hours already worked and billed
- If the client fails to notify us promptly about performance concerns
Important: Clients must immediately report any quality or performance issues to our project manager. Discount negotiations or refund requests made significantly after service delivery will not be entertained.
Conditions Affecting Refund Eligibility
Our delivery and refund commitments are contingent upon the following:
- Payment Completion: Projects remain active only when all agreed payments are received on schedule.
- Timely Information: Refund policies do not apply when delays result from incomplete or late information provided by the client.
- Accurate Project Scope: If project requirements are misrepresented or incomplete at the outset, Easy Site Coders cannot be held to standard delivery timelines.
- Communication Responsibility: Clients must respond to queries and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays caused by poor communication are not grounds for refunds.
- Penalty Clauses: Unless a signed agreement specifically includes penalty clauses for delivery delays, no additional compensation beyond refunds will be provided.
Liability Limitations:
Easy Site Coders' financial liability is limited to the value of incomplete work as defined in the original project proposal. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from service delays or cancellations.
Refund eligibility applies only when a project has been officially cancelled by the client through written notification sent to our business email addresses.
Termination:
Clients may terminate their engagement with Easy Site Coders at any time by providing written notice to our business email addresses. However, termination does not affect the client's liability for payments already made or work completed.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Full Refunds: Processed within 60 business days from the date of written cancellation
- Partial Refunds: Processed within 90 business days from the date of written cancellation
- Refund Method: Issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or check) as agreed upon at project commencement
